Tariff Price Increase

Final Price Adjustment Effective June 5, 2025
Dear Customer,
We’re writing to confirm that our previously announced price adjustment will take effect on June 5, 2025, as previously communicated.
Following the April 9, 2025 announcement from President Trump, tariffs on products from China will increase to 145%, while a base 10% tariff will apply to goods from other countries. Our updated pricing reflects these changes and will vary by item based on country of origin, material, HTS code and composition.
To help ease this transition, AGS will continue to cover the increased tariff costs through June 4, 2025. Starting June 5, those costs will be reflected in product pricing.
You will receive an updated price file with affected items before the effective date.
Key Reminders:
• New pricing applies to all orders placed on or after June 5, 2025.
• Orders after this date confirm acceptance of the updated pricing and waive any prior notice requirements.
• We will not accept orders from customers unwilling to accept the updated terms.
Should tariffs change again before June 5, we will reassess pricing accordingly. If you have questions, please contact your sales representative.
