Warranty

AGS Company Automotive Solutions LLC (BrakeQuip) warrants that its products shall be free from material defects in design and workmanship for 12 months from the date of shipment (replacement parts for machinery and equipment are warranted for ninety days).

Expendable items and accessory tools, such as test cones and system aides, are sold “AS IS.” Hydraulic brake hose assemblies manufactured and sold by BrakeQuip conform to FMVSS 106 and SAE J1401 industry standards.

BRAKEQUIP HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM, HOSE AND FITTINGS, HOSE ASSEMBLIES MANUFACTURED BY BRAKEQUIP, AND HOSE ASSEMBLIES MANUFACTURED BY THE PURCHASER, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

The Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under the foregoing limited warranty shall be repair or, at BrakeQuip’s option, replacement of defective products. If in BrakeQuip’s sole opinion such repair or replacement is not feasible, BrakeQuip may refund the purchase price for the defective products. In no event shall BrakeQuip’s total liability for any defective product exceed the purchase price of said product.
