Brake Hose
The Fit You’ve Been Looking for
Does your brake upgrade include aftermarket calipers, or calipers from a different vehicle? Other “custom” hose builders will use universal ends with multiple adapters, introducing potential leak points into the plumbing system. But with access to a catalog of more than 1000 brake fittings, BrakeQuip Authorized Dealers make hoses that connect chassis A to caliper B without the need for unnecessary and unsightly adapters.
Need extended lines for a suspension lift or high-rise motorcycle bars? Your BrakeQuip Dealer will make custom lines for the perfect fit.
Tested for safety
Most automotive brake systems operate within a pressure range of 850 to 1050 psi. To ensure the highest levels of safety and performance, every BrakeQuip brake hose undergoes rigorous pressure testing at 3000 psi before it reaches the market. This stringent testing guarantees that BrakeQuip hoses will perform reliably, even under the most demanding panic-stop conditions, providing peace of mind for both installers and drivers.
Rubber Hose
Our 1/8″ ID rubber hoses for brake, clutch, and other hydraulic applications are engineered for high performance, featuring two layers of tightly-woven nylon braid. This design ensures minimal expansion, delivering consistent and reliable performance even under demanding conditions.
Braided Stainless Steel HoseÂ
Our low-expansion PTFE brake hose is reinforced with a durable 304 stainless steel braid, providing exceptional strength and performance. The smooth-bore PTFE core is compatible with DOT 3, 4, 5 (silicone-based), and 5.1 brake fluids, as well as oils and most other common fluids, ensuring versatile use across various applications. To suit your preferences, BrakeQuip offers five color options for the protective PVC jacket, allowing you to customize your brake hoses without compromising on quality or safety.
Standard or Low Profile Fittings
BrakeQuip low profile fittings are the perfect match for braided stainless steel hoses, providing a seamless and streamlined connection. For those using standard profile fittings, they can also be effectively paired with braided hoses when combined with a crimp shell insert, ensuring a secure and reliable fit in any application.
